    Three large buttermilk pancakes topped with Chantilly cream and fresh berries, served with a side of country-fried hash browns.

    Eggs Benedict – $17

    Canadian back bacon, house-made Alberta Bakery biscuit, topped with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce, served with country-fried hash.

    Braised Pulled Beef Short Rib Hash – $18

    Slow-braised pulled beef short rib with julienne red peppers and caramelized onions, topped with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce, served over country-fried hash browns.

    Spinach & Goat Cheese Quiche – $16

    House-made quiche with spinach and goat cheese, served with your choice of house salad or country-fried hash browns.

    Selkirk Breakfast – $15

    Two eggs any style, your choice of bacon or sausage, served with hash browns and a fresh Alberta Bakery biscuit.

    Cinnamon Raisin French Toast – $16

    Stuffed with mixed berries and topped with Chantilly cream, served with country-fried hash browns.
